What housing period please?

Evening All,

Quick question on part of housemate who needs help relatively urgently for a report.

If a building was constructed in the late 1800's then what period of housing is it? E.g. Victorian, Edwardian etc...

Victorian. Late Victorian, to be more precise. (You might also be able to call it arts & crafts if it' sin that particular style.)
Edward was king 1901-1910, so that rules him out.

Well Victoria died in 1901 so I imagine Victorian.

There were still many styles in the Victorian period though

The house may have been constructed in the late Victorian period, but it might have been designed and built in Art nouveau, Georgian, gothic or baroque styles!

It's not the style we're worried about. She's an ecologist. I don't know why she had to include the time period for the house in her report but she did.
