Get out of paying your parking fine.

Hi folks, a friend has just called me to ask if I saw the prog on ITV1 last night (9pm) about "motorists getting their own back", i.e. getting out of paying parking tickets etc. The question is this. If you saw the programme then what was the title of the book which was mentioned near the start of the prog? I've tried looking for it on amazon and I think it may have been one of these

Is it one of these or can you remember the title of the book?

My frind is calling me back tomorrow and I want to be sure to give him the correct book title. Incidentally can't look up the prog on the net as "ITV listings are now unavailable due to legal reasons" so I can't even find name of last night's prog!

I have a book called the drivers survival handbook by Martin Twaite, obtainable through Streetwise Publications ISBN
0-9541187-3-1. Don't know if its the one mentionned in the programme but it tells you how to try and get out of paying fines etc.
