has anyone noticed now that pot noodle's makers have changed they taste very bland at least the beef and tomato do??

Pot noodles are filthy. Dried lump of noodles that come back to life with boiling water.

I quite agree with Andrea - I've never eaten them but just the smell of anyone eating them nearby makes me want to throw up. What on earth could be simpler than cooking some quick-cook pasta and chucking some sauce on???

How anyone can even think of pot noodles as "a treat" is totally beyond my comprehension. I think I'd rather spend a day in jail than eat a pot noodle.

Millions of Japanese can't be wrong can they. Noodle Cup which are effectively the same thing are very popular in Asia.

There isn't a great deal wrong with Pot Noodles if you ask me.

As for "What on earth could be simpler than cooking some quick-cook pasta and chucking some sauce on", next time it's lunch time in my office come over and make me pasta and sauce, we have a kettle and err thats it...

I should say I don't eat a great deal of Pot Noodle, just don't know what people are so snobby about it.

As for being bland, I have always stuck a good glug of Worchester Sauce in mine, sets them off a treat.

A home-made sandwich for lunch would be better for you than a pot noodle.

Hi Donna, I do agree that they are now a bit bland. In my opinion, they are not good for you, but they aren't bad for you either! Less than 5% fat too. Similar to super noodles with dried veg! 'Coz noodles really can be super!!!
