credit card purchase

if i purchase goods with a credit card and the goods do not arrive,will the credit card company reimburse me in full

Should do but depends on the following: 1) Did you pay the retailer for the card direct and not via Paypal etc 2) You are the primary card holder 3) The goods are ordered from the UK 4) The deadline for the delivery specified has expired (eg delivery within 28 days) 5) The goods are legal and have not been incepted by customs, police etc If all the above are true then you should be able to get a straight refund. If not, it may still be possible but you will have to try harder.
