1) we use fairy! i love the smell
2) i would probably wear silver shoes.
3) the longest part of my hair is just below my chin, the rest is cropped.

crossroads, that's really decent of you. If the worst comes to the worst I can either give it to the 'rebel installer' and he can take it in to work to explain the sitch or my cousins boyf is an IT bod so may be able to help when he gets back from his hols. When I do finally get it fixed I'll let you know the outcome - so if any more randomites stalk you you'll have an answer ready so it doesn't take up so much of your time!!! :-)
