As I get older, I'm less sure whether you choose friends or not. I think they choose you!

a genuine friend who you can confied to ,dont like ones that visit to nose at material things and ask where did you buy that,oh down the market for a fiver, when they think you have paid an arm and a leg, and when you have other friends or neighbours who will try to be better than you ,i am like beam me up scottie lol,i am my own person buy what i like and dont give a ***** what my neighbours or friends has i just have what i want , i dont worry what they have why sould they worry about me?

I could be wrong, but I don't think you 'choose' a friend: it just happens. Sometimes immediately, but more often over a period of shared time on and off, now and again. Not much point in carrying a clip-board around with things to check.
