We have three lights on in the evening which amount to 220 wats all together,
Can anyone tell me how much an hour this will be costing me, just on just on those lights .

Lights don't cost much to run. I don't know how much but your electricity company often have leaflets telling you how many units things cost to run. I would say approx 1-2p per hour. If you are worried get low energy light bulbs that would cost less.
It depends what your supplier is charging you for electricity.

If you look at your bill you will see a price either per unit or per kilowatt hour (kwh). That will tell you how much 1000 watts cost per hour and you can work it out from that. For example if it's 10p per kwh your lights will cost you 2.2p
As has been stated, tariffs vary but a typical figure is currently 12p per KWh. Since you're only using 0.22 KWh, that works out at about 3p per hour.
