You use the serial cable that is mentioned on Motorola's website that connects to a spare USB on your puter. This is one reason I got a Bluetooth mobile as there are no cables and my laptop is set to sync all my e-mail B4 I go to work. So much easier than plug-unplug yadda yadda......
