The funeral of the 47 year old Cheshire Dad who was kicked to death was yesterday.

Should his teenage killers serve a sentence equivalent to his loss.. ie. age 47 might reach 87, therefore 40 years denied.

Minimum sentence ( at very least) befor parole is even considered should be 40 years.

Has the time come for a complete turn around and introduce a tough response. I suspect they will be free in under 5 years.

I've already given this answer in a previously posted question. Some scroat kills someone, runs away laughing, 100 years. Same scroat or some other causes public disturbance e.g. mugging, giving bus drivers a hard time, intimidating behaviour, burglary - anything like that, oh yea, vandalism, loitering with intent -just about ANY kind of behaviour that raises the blood pressure of law abiding citizens then it's 99 years. It's time the good got the better of evil in this country. There has GOT to be some kind of a drastic change arround here, or I am realy fearful of just where it will all end! A nice big brush and a clean sweep.

Bring back hanging and re-introduce a compulsory 2 year military service.
