can anybody help?
how many tacho's or days worth of tacho's does a full time hgv driver need to keep with them, since the tacho laws changed on the 1st april 2007?

I don't think the number of tacho's you have to keep changed on the 4th April. As far as I know (and I stand to be corrected) you still have to have with you all of your tachos for the current week plus the last one of the previous week, so you can show what weekly rest you have had. The main big change on the 4th was that you can no longer have 3 x 15 min breaks to make a 45 min. The last period must be at least 30 mins.

outlines the hours changes, but I can't find any mention of number of tachos, so I think I'm right.
The Law now states that you must keep tacho's for the last 21 days. In January It goes up to 28 days.
