hi i was thinking of going for a visa as im going to florida iv been twice i sent off for my criminal record and it came back today and its clear should i still go for a visa or not. has anyone got any advice for me thanx

i have only ever been cautioned that was about 10 years ago for theft and drunk and dissorderly scotland yard sent my letter saying there is no information held about me on the national police computer,and i went in october 2006 and november 2004 i was never asked about arrests or anything,thankyou any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you went in 2004 and 2006 you WERE asked about arrests, etc. The form you fill in on the plane hasn't changed in years and asks questions about this sort of thing.

If you got in then you'll get in now.
