Do that when the engine is cold, or you may scald yourself. You can try setting the heater to full hot and giving the car a good fast run at high revs down a motorway. That can shift a bubble in the system. Otherwise it means loosening a hose at the highest point in the water system and running the engine till only water comes out of the loosened joint (keep topping the radiator up). Rather like bleeding radiators in a house heating system.
If it's an old banger, the heater may be blocked with rust and need flushing out, but that's a bit too big a subject to go into here.

Maybe if you were more specific in the question some one could help you. the question "heater dont work" implies that you are not very intelligent. So I will give you a non intelligent answer that I am sure will work. If your heat no work....Find the little switch that changes it from hot to cold....it will be colored blue and red. (blue means cold and red means hot) push the switch to hot!
"itsyousillybu" -- "It don't work" is perfectly good grammar -- it's just not quite standard English. Using non-standard English grammar gives no indication whatever of low intelligence. I know lots of people who have a very strong dialect but who are extremely bright, and more to the point, are good, sensible people.
On the other hand, being patronising about grammar might suggest certain character flaws -- not, I am sure, that this could possibly apply to you.
I do notice that your own name omits a vital apostrophe....
Katie -- a fuller explanation of how come it don't work might get you a more helpful answer.
