Renault Clio Radio Code

Hello .I Recently purchased a Renault Clio Si which comes with factory fitted radio,unfortunately the dealership i bought it from said that the battery had been disconnected and it needed the Code which was not amongst the log book or other documentation

The details from the side stickers on the radio are as follows
FD 10 99 18 211 3758
Model No = 22DC451/62E
Product No = 9022 214 51622
Barcode No = 7700 4330739343

That is all the details that are on the Radio if anyone knows how i can get the code it would be greatly appredciated. Thank you.
