If anyone has completed 16 down the answer appears to be Vasopressor which is a noun. The clue does not suggest a noun. i.e Causing rise of blood pressure by restricting the arteries. Have I got this wrong?

I have Vasopressor but My problem is that the clue does not suggest a noun as the answer. Presumably FT mistake as there seems to be no other answer
