allowing convicted criminals in to another country

yes,i would like to know if Dubai allows convicts in there country to live? i have tried looking up the laws over there but could not find any answears. i know a few contries such as new zealand canada etc don't allow this ,does dubai. any answears please. thanks

Buy a property in Dubai and you automatically get a 3 year residency visa if you are male, or a woman in specified professions.

They don't much care if you are a criminal - but potential employers might, and with no benefits whatsoever in Dubai without a job you starve.

I would not much fancy my chances by breaking the law (even by lying on application form) in Dubai.
