family holiday complaints

i,my wife and 2 daughters have just came back off a family caravaning holiday and it went pear shaped from day 1,the worst being my wife falling down the steps of the caravan(no external security light) and spending 3 hours in hospital but as she was 3 months pregnant they couldnt xray her ankle,i have emailed haven direct but i was wondering if there was another source i could complain to?

Yes, could you just not go caravaning and go on a proper holiday like everone else? .... oh and stop complaining
