Negative responses

Why do some people feel the need to post negative, sarcastic comments on here? I thought this was a simple question and answer site, I notice sometimes there isn't even a real answer to the original question just a bunch of stupid comments. I appreciate everyone is entitled to their opinions but do people really need to be like this?

I know you probably mean well KAZ, but posts like this won't help. All that will happen now is that the negative comments will spill over to this thread.

If the nastier threads upset/annoy/whatever you- use the report button.

I am not moronic, nor ill-informed, nor bigoted, and that's just me. I can't answer for anybody else, obviously. I am firmly in the genuine answer camp and I hate all the trolls.
