On Sunday I signed on as diane1706 and decided to register my husband as Roy1956. Answerbank are supposed to have send him a validation e mail which he hasn't received so he can't log on and ab refuses to accept me anymore.I have phoned twice and e mailed twice with no effect (despite promises it would be sorted out and I would be e mailed. I have had to set up another e mail account(with hot mail) and re register as Diane1954. Why?
can diane1706 and roy1956 unsubscribe? Can I then re register as Diane1706 again and why am i green?

Green means you are a newbie.
If you have not validated the other two names, then presumably they are not actually registered and will become available again shortly.
