I have a park home on a really good site and wish to sell.
Any suggestions how to stimulate interest??
Usual estate agents have failed to supply any viewings and specialised ones just seem to send people who 'Like the idea' of park home living but no commitment.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Hi, i am an estate agent and have sold lots of park homes over the years but they can be tricky as it is such a limited market. i am afraid you do need to give it a good while on the market and the right person will turn up, i dealt with one that took 9 months and only had 2 viewings. i also ran an advert in a specialist park home magazine and got lots of calls off the back of that but it was expensive. good luck !
Hi, I lived in a Park Home for 7 years until 2003, and am now seriously considering buying another one. Many of the sites I've been viewing were advertising Parks which also mentioned that they had new or previously owned homes for sale. Would your Park owner give you a 'plug'? As a matter of interest, where is your home, how big and how much?

My home is just outside Newbury Berkshire.
Don't think I should use AB to advertise, bt if you want to know more e-mail me direct.

Thank you for that, but I'm looking more towards the Cumbrian/N.W. area. Good luck with your sale.
