Cohabitation laws?

my dads girlfriend has wormed her way into our house and has been a total mare! she is slowly changing many things around the house and contributes to rent and few bits here and there...
what rights will she have if they were to split up or if anything happened to my dad?

At the moment she will be entitled to nothing. However if the government bring in the new cohabiting laws then it will all change.

its my dads house, and me and my 2 sisters live there still (all over 18yrs old) just wanted 2 check because shes a crazy woman! im pretty sure she has some form of mental health issues but she is very sneaky and very clever!!!
