I am 39 and due to be a grandma in January,I also think its too young but as you said "what can you do". My daughter just had her second scan and is having a boy. I am also buying the pram, thankfully its a single pram not a double!
I hope all goes well for the mum to be. :-)

heh daffy congratulations to you too then xxxx- doesn't it make you feel old? They due in March so seems ages away yet. Has your daughter got a name chosen yet? We've exhausted ourselves trying to pick names that are similar, think she's picked the girls but can't decide on the boys ones. Mr Boo's suggestion of Bill & Ben and Ronnie & Reg were not welcomed. lol
I'm a Nannan to twin boys. Everyone says they are identical but I don't think so. Apparently there is a test that they can do to see if they are identical or not. In my daughter's case it was inconclusive! Make the most of them whilst they are babies, they grow up so quickly. Ours have just started nursery and it only seems like last week that they were born!
I suppose if B00 produces a Miniboo Mark 3 she will be younger than her nieces/nephews. I recall B00 mentioning that her eldest babysat Miniboo sometimes, so I guess the favour will have to be returned. Fortunately, B00 will be the perfect granny, when you consider how calmly she copes with the bratty children all over AB.
