My mobile has got head phone symbol, on it ,done every thing to get it from there , when get call they cant hear me i cant hear them . what do i need to do , thanks

1st of all the obvious ones like what type of phone/model are you using?
2nd check on the headphones inline volume control that its not been muted or switched to a low volume.
3rd check on the side of the handset if its got a volume control make sure its on 100% or a volume that is comfortable for your hearing.
4th on the phone go into profile and check the settings in headset make sure its not muted or switched off
5th can you hear music through them? If you cant then it could a faulty headphone set Or again its not been configured correctly.

Its possible that the phone might need to be reflashed, its sounds like a software/firmware problem. Try look in the profile settings, and changing to general, make sure you activate it.
