veal escalopes!

i bought two veal escalopes the other day for me and my boyfriend to try but i have no idea how to cook them or what to have them with? so any ideas would be very welcome! thanks x

bash them out until they are quite thin, spread with mustard, topp with a slice of decent ham, roll up like a swiss roll, secure with cocktail sticks , season, fry in butter, turning until evenly browned, add some sliced mushrooms, add a splash of brandy to the pan, cook /flame off the alcohol , add some cream while stirring continiously....serve with some seasonal green veggies and new potatoes....

As above bash them to they are thin , flour them, egg them and put them in some seasoned bread crumbs. Gently fry them in a nice flavoured oil. Mmmmmmm!
bash them thin then place a slice of parma ham on them then a prawn at the top. Roll up like a sausage and seal with a cocktail stick. Fry in butter then add Masala wine and cook for a few minutes then add cream (or creme fraiche) and warm up. absolutely delish an old Floyd recipe that i have used for years. a squeeze of lemon juice and some pepper on them before cooking helps
