Should Police shoot scumbags ?
The Rayleigh shooting. 2 piles of scum were interrupted raiding a delivery to a cashpoint in their attempt to get something for nothing at the expense of everybody else, when a 24yo member of the public intervened and was shot in the chest. I sincerely hope that even if the police find a situation where they can safely disarm and arrest them that they instead otherwise manouevre into and engineer a situation where they can put a bullet into their foul scummy heads.

Nothing. I'd just like some evidence that it works, is all. Only reason I'm asking for that is because you said 'I rest my case' - when you've not rested it on anything.
I'd like to point out that conscription is actually a really, really, good way to decrease the quality of your armed forces (if people don't want to be there, then they're less likely to perform well than someone who does - and then you have to keep an eye on your own boys - particularly when the war is unpopular). A good example is the Vietnam war.
You can learn 'discipline, respect and work' without being cajoled into the army.
Capital punishment is a dodgy one as often entails a surprisingly high rate of innocent convictions (and thus punishments). Though to be fair, I can't provide figures offhand. It's also barbaric, but that's beside the point.

So you would rather innocent people be killed so that the criminal with a gun can get a soft sentence to be aloud to do it again to another innocent person ,what does it take for you to realise that we have to make a stand to these people the police need our backing although they got it wrong with mendeze because they should of apprehended him way before the station, that was the fault of the big chief''s letting the front line taking the blame. If I had a gun in my ear I would want the police man to shoot I would not want to be shot by the robber
