in kazaa ,go into options >kazaa++options and tick box that says constant pl 1,000 .i think this might be what your after(im using kazaalite btw)

I know it exists but can't remember what it is called. I searched kazaa for it without success but did find lots of kazaa lite files: so perhaps it is better to use this instead.
