barcelona fish

anyone know the species of fish that are numerous in Barcelona harbour, they are blueish in colour and approx 15 to 18 inches in length.
had a great time in the city yet again,highly recommend,for entertainment food and civility.

Most probably mullet, thick or thin lipped, ive seen tons in Los Giganties harbour in Tenerife.

thanks Dave yes most probably those
literally hundreds of them, baby ones too ,i think they were swarming round the wall as people were throwing bits of scraps,also in the same harbour a small shark like creature i took to be a large dogfish
