How can I genuinely find out how far along the divorce process my partner is. I've asked him, but all he says is that its going ahead & its in-hand.
Am I able to contact a court or anything similar??

No you can't. You will just have to trust him - some divorces take a very long time, especially if there are assets to be divided and children to be considered.

And if the wife is being awkward, it can take a lot longer.
