Hi shirls - Have you seen your doctor? He / she could probably offer you some good pain relief in the way of tablets or cream. On a practical level, lightweight footwear with good insoles & maybe now the weather is getting a little cooler, thermal long johns for your knee problem will keep the area warm. Hope this helps.
I find Nature's Kiss cream wonderful at relieving my arthritis. You can get it here http://www.natures-kiss.co.uk/
Also Phytorheuma from Holland & Barratt is good.
Artrosilium gel is supposed to be good too. You'll probably find it if you Google.
Hope these help.
Hi shirls , have you seen your gp with this , I ask because you may need an x-ray of your knee and also your hip , sometimes it can actually be the hip in trouble that is referred pain to the knee which turns out to be ok. :-)
