They are the same person!!
It was shown on Frost on Sunday in 1969/1970, but I don't know the name of the sketch.

Sorry,saxy_jag,I should have read question more thoroughly.
I have a book by Ronnie Barker called "All I ever wrote" which may answer that question. I am not at home at the moment so cannot look at the book.

In fact the book title is a bit misleading, as it is NOT all he wrote. Some of the material he wrote is lost, some stuff which the BBC had which is now missing.

Interesting book though.
