keep posting the answer have tryed it, must admit a bit different at first from the normal excersise, you just hold postion for so many seconds i think 30,they have a poster with said postures that you have to endure, some easier than others,i was told u have to do these at least 3 times a week to see a improvement, i did it once, didnt feel much at first, but the next day i felt it in my stomach, didnt follow it thru cos they wanted �10 per week for it, which i couldnt afford on top of other fees for a gym, you have to try it for ureself to see if you think that you get anything out of it!
