does braids grow your hair?

no, your hair grows, not really sure what your question is, braids don't help the hair grow quicker if that's what you mean??
Well maybe they do cos they get pretty weighty. I reckon they would.
no they don't i've had braids, and nothing "helps" hair grow, it just grows! Actually sunlight can make it grow faster, my hair and nails grow faster when i'm on holiday. So no, braids don't do anything to make it grow and there's some debate about how good braids are for your hair. I think they're good for it as you aren't usng styling products, hairdryers and straighteners every and it gives your hair a break, having them put in anand taken out can be stressful to the hair tho...
my mates bold,where can he get hold of these braids???
well i had my hair braided once and when it came to me taking the braids out half my hair came out with them.thankfully i USED to have really thick hair but its never been the same since and i only had the braids in for 4 weeks.
