does anyone know how to make rosehip syrup?

Not an instant result - boiling, straing and sterilising come into it- store in small bottles sa it will only last a week or son once operned....

And don't forget that if you are foraging close to a road - make sure the hips are really well washed. You can make breads with them, jelly, jam, a tea - very versatile and full of good vitamins...
