MY partner was attacked by her ex last month and I am aware that she is able to claim the above due to the fact that she both received a displaced broken nose (due to be re-set tomorrow) and had to take time off work for the next week due to her injuries.
How much is she likely to get for this and how does she go about claiming?
Does she have to wait until he has been sentenced?
Any comments/help is much appreciated.
