You would have a better idea than most - you do not say what you drive. It would also depend on road conditions, traffic conditions and how you drive.
The journey is about 150 miles so if you do 30mpg it is 5 gallons and 3 gallons at 50mpg

Do the journey, make a note of how much petrol you use then refer to it next time.
