After i finish college, im in my second year now, and confident of getting high grades at the end.. I am looking to go and do a Business/Maths degree in university, just wondering.. is there anyone out there who is in the middle of one, or finished one, who could tell me what job options open up at the end of it please?

Thanks for the advice :)

I got my degree ('mathematics as a double subject') over 30 years ago, so I'm not ideally placed to answer your question ;-)

However, you might find some useful information on the Prospects website. It's the official careers site for UK graduates. If you check out links such as 'Options with your subject', 'Use your qualification' or 'What do graduates do?', you should find plenty of information about possible career options:

A friend of mine finished a combined business & maths degree a couple of years ago - she spent the following 2 yrs as a croupier - probably not your ideal job but it certainly has a hint of glamour. She's now a accountant after a lenthy evening course. I think a lot of it depends on where you live; in london there is much oppotunity to work for merchant banks trading or something similar (where you can earn a hell of a lot of money) if you have the temperament.

Actually to be honest with a degree like that you can pretty much do anything you want- you'll find as you go through uni your interests and passions will change and grow and when you graduate you'll have a good degree to back you up.
