Sometimes stuff has arrived the next day which is fantastic- but I think asking for a refund after 4 days sounds as though the customer has just changed their mind. I know a lot of sellers state when they will post items- could be worth doing next time, perhaps, to save any argument.
Def being unreasonable.
I had one once you had sent a postal order to me on Friday and started shouting the odds on the Monday lol.
I always allow up to 7 days to receive payment and then with the post office as it is it can take a week to get there first class.
I would ignore the person and send the goods and keep the feedback open. Ebay will only tell you to sort it out between yourselves.;
