Can anyone out there claiim to have drunk a 'probiotic' yogurt drink for two weeks and felt more invigorated? I am interested to know whether the claims of the adverts really are true.

I think that Vinny is right about taking the capsules - the drinks are very expensive. A lot of GP's are now recommending probiotics now for IBS, etc. and are suggesting that people on antibiotics have probiotics at the same time.
To answer your question, I quite like those little probiotic drinks so have often had two or three a day for a week or so, but I certainly haven't felt any more invigorated!
