About ten years ago I used to buy what I can only describe as chocolate cigarettes. They were sugar paper wrapped around chocolate with several different types of packaging presented like cigarettes. Who made them and are they still availale?
Don't know who made them, but they're definitely not produced anymore, due to the hysterical liberals who believed they enticed children to take up smoking for real. So nothing to do with the tobacco industry, then!
I don't know who made them, but I have seen them on sale... in the newsagent near my school. I'd find out their name, but that's the only place I know that sells them, and I won't be going anywhere near there until September.
i also used to buy these 'cigarettes'. Although they were all made by the same company they came in boxes with different brand names. I used to 'smoke' 'Old Toad'. They had a picture of a toad on. My boyfriend says he used to 'smoke' some that looked like they came in a Malboro Red's box. I remember one of the boxes had a ship on as well...... I think the newsagent i used to get them from still stocks them (and it was next door to a school!)
I use to smoke 4 packs a day at uni. The only place i know is in leicester its down from the Land Rover garage - im going back up there soon to stock up.
They are still available, against the wishes of politically correct pedants, in a shop called Verandah which is just off Portobello Road, London. I bought some for my 8 year old nephew, and he 'smoked' them with glee, drawing disapproving looks from several people. Tee hee!
