That should about do it mate�oh yes, and I forgot, when you have your Decree nisi.

The term 'next of kin' is not defined by law. See here:

However, your spouse retains his/her inheritance rights up until the point where the marriage is legally terminated. i.e. the date when the decree absolute is issued.
