I have a song on my hard drive paid for and downloaded from itunes.Is there a limit on the number of times I can burn it on to an ipod or cd?

If you write it to a CD and them re-import it from that CD into iTunes, it strips off the DRM that restricts how many time you can copy a track. So you can burn it as many times as you want after that.
Just for the record...

You may burn to CD legally 7 times, and there is no limit to the number of times you ca put it on your iPod.

But why can you only put it on cd 7 tmes yet you can put it on ipod an infinite number of times? Where does the magic number 7 come from?
It's just made up. Agreed upon by Apple's lawyers and the music industry's legal teams.
