Name of film about a sniper in Croatia

Hi

I am after a film made by Film 4, i think the lead actor was Liam Neeson.

Basically its about a British Sniper in the Serb/Croat war who has lost all sense of emotion after shooting a boy on a bridge, but he helps a pregnant woman escape the country, in the end she dies by being smashed on the head in a river by a huge hammer wielding serb officer. He then looks after the baby.

Really harrowing film, but poignant, cant remember the title, really want to see it again, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Think it was shown about two years ago.

I am thinking you may be confused with a similar film about PIRA bombing up a bus load of school kids and the film dealing with that guilt.

I can't for the life of me think what that was called, but it had Liam Neeson in it as well.
