I think I might be a beneficiary......

I've had unofficial word that I am a beneficiary of a will. How long before I find out if this is the case. I have paid for a copy of the will but it can take around 2 months. I am not comfortable contacting the family to ask but am concerned that information is being held back. Any information on this would be helpful

If you are a beneficiary the executor would have contacted you.

If they have failed to do so there will be serious repercussions.

There is nothing you can do until you have a copy of the will.
