To work with animals you need to show a certain level of maturity which is not related to your age. Some people should never come within 10ft of an animal.
The obvious solution would be to write to all the petshops and vet centres within your traveling distance. I would strongly recommend that you use proper English when writing and not use text language. Nobody will hold it against you if a genuine spelling/grammar mistake is made but using text language where it is not appropriate is a sign of laziness.
Good luck.

Get as much experience with different animals as possible. You could probably offer to walk people's dogs, or help out for free at a pet shop or farm. The idea of working with animals during your work experience is a good one, but as wildwood says, you need a degree of maturity - and genuine kindness - if you're to be involved with animals as a career choice. I know someone who felt as you do from the age of 12. She's now training to be a vet - so good luck.
if u have an animal santuary or a dog shelter nearby then u could go and ask for a part time job maybe on weekends or something and say ur really interested in working with animals, they might just give u a shot, it also helps if u do it voluntary, meaning u dont get paid, but it will show ur interested, and everyone has to start somewhere.
