I wonder if some could explain how parking on double yellow lines is not 'in the way' please?
The double yellow lines are there for a reason, usually because of some danger, so how can having a blue badge entitle you to park on them?
I understand about single or broekn yellow lines being restrcitions but double yellows are no parking 24 hours a day, are they not?

i think taxi drivers are only allowed to park in a disabled bay if they are dropping off a diabled customer. in glasgow every black cab must be capable of carrying a disabled passenger so maybe they are allowed to drop off in the disabled bays. hope im not wrong they arent slow in telling you on here!!!i think thats right anyway!
