Downloading pictures from Casio Exilim Z700

Although the pictures are 3072 x 2304 on the camera when I download them to the computer they are only 80 x 60 pixels (18152 bytes). I have not had this problem before as photos have been the same size after download and printed well. Can any ABers help please?

Sounds like these may be the small preview pictures before it downloads the actual full size pictures.

After it displays the small pictures is there not an option to then download the full size pictures.

Have a look round the windows or menus of the program you are using to see if there is an option to download the full size pictures.

Thanks vehelpfulguy but cant find any such facility. I have contactd Casio but am awaiting reply from helpdesk.
