Were you given verbal and or written warnings prior to suspension? have they followed the company disciplinary procedure correctly? is it suspension with full pay? If not you should be signing on. This sounds odd.
in relation to ETHELS answer and DOT.HAWKES. I have been suspended pending investigations with full pay. i have subitted my statement of the event and had 1 meeting, since that meeting on 14 Septeber, i havent heard a word but yet there is a postal strike on. I admitted to using the pc but they say they have 109 blocks on my pc apparently going to chatrooms, dating sites etc, which i have no recollection of.

assuming that you have your own unique password for your PC, and assuming they can prove you were the user that accessed these sites within your working hours, they will be able to use any rules from your contract of employment related to computer time abuse. I they have suspended you though, is it possible you have accidentally accessed inappropriate sites that may mead to potential criminaal investigation? this is what they may be looking at, it is taken very seriously and you need toi think hard about whether you ever left your station logged in and someone else could have accessed the sites under your id,.
