need to look at other avenues now chip shops are few and far between that come up to scratch im afraid.

The best place to buy businesses for sale is in a publiction called Dalton's Weekly. This information is also on the net and the address is: www.DaltonsBusiness.com. I think businesses are also listed in www.ebay.co.uk. You could always buy a sandwich van and then do runs to company car park at lunchtimes. I know people who have done that and they think that there is more profit in that than a shop, due to lower overheads.
