Can't help much Im afraid teddysbears, all I see is RIO ... as in oratorio, cheerios,... I don't know the quiz, so not sure about what the definition should be.

Judging by its title though, I guess you could expect smiles and pleasantries from its entrants. Just keep 'em coming, plenty of us will welcome you.
