i found out my girlfriend of two years was having an affair,my first plan was to cut my losses there and then,i then heard that the guy she had the affair with was saying things like if i was a real man i d confront him.

2 weeks past after the affair was confrimed to me by my now ex and the guy walked into a pub i was drinking in,he walked in and smiled directly over at me.

i walked over and asked for a word outside,i asked him if what my girlfriend had told was true and he just smiled,this guy was goading me,he did'nt care that he's been caught out! i have never been in any kind of trouble
before but at this point i lost,i puched the guy 3 times,he landed on the floor with me on top of him.i asked him if he was going to contact my partner again and he said no! i left that situation thinking he's got nothing more than bruises at most.i find out at a later date that he landed funny on his leg and has had a pin inserted.

in his statement and mine it confirms that the leg injury
was a freak accident .

my soliciter has told me considering the circumstances
he's 99% sure i will escape prison but came someone
give me a second opinion as people seem to be saying
different things on here ???
