Job percentage

Since the government and Mayor are so keen to get more non white Brits into jobs that are poorly represented by them, I should like to know what the percentage is of non white Brits currently serving in Iraq fighting for our Country?
Also why are there so few Europeans at supermarket checkouts and working as traffic wardens in London? Are white Brits not given a fair chance to do these jobs?

Carrying a rifle may be a good way to prove citizenship and loyalty to this country.
Then maybe they could be put on duty at Dover to keep the rest out!

wow i'm glad i stumbled upon this question. Would you like to be a trafic warden? no. so who does it? all the migrant workers. have you ever worked on a checkout? i have- it was the most soul destroying and badly paid job i've ever done so would i ever do it again? no.
Migrant workers fill in for the service jobs that 'british' people dont want to do because the job is either awful or the pay is awful. The point i think the government is trying to make is that this job divide between brits and migrants is not productive for a coercive society where we all love and respect each other as equals (no im not on acid).

Why does everybody want to get "better representation" for this colour person or another??? Surely the job goes to the best person suited and that's irrespective of colour. Why must we pander to these ethnic quotas. If they come to this Country to live then they must accept the way it is.
